For Call Handlers Supporting the Armed Forces Community
Audience: Peer supporters, call handlers, welfare officers, and volunteers

C.L.E.A.R Support Training – Two days of immersive, in-person learning that brings calm focus to crisis calls. Through guided reflection and trauma-informed practice, participants gain emotional clarity, steady confidence, and solid tools to handle tough conversations—and feel supported every step of the way.”
Through practical exercises, guided reflection, and a trauma-informed lens, participants develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and clarity in their role. The training focuses on equipping individuals with the mindset, language, and boundaries needed to respond effectively and safely in live scenarios, while maintaining their own wellbeing.
