A highly skilled coach and therapist, Ali has a particular talent for climbing inside the military mind and working with Trauma.

Rich Hilton Co-Founder and Director.

Rich served 20 years in the British army and has had varied careers and travel experiences since leaving. Rich has a good understanding of the problems that you are facing as he has lived it. He is now an accomplished therapist and coach helping current and former members of the military communities with PTSD, Depression and anger, amongst other MH issues he has encountered.

Shaun Hotchkiss Director: 

Shaun holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy from Birmingham University. Shaun trained and worked alongside David Grove, the world renowned Māori Psychotherapist working therapeutically using Clean Language, Clean Space and Emergent Knowledge . Shaun is a Master Practitioner and trainer of NLP. Recently completed UKCP Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Supervision.
