Most of us have this voice in our head that gives direction in life, sometimes there are other voices and they can be negative ones. These voices constantly tell us that we aren't capable and that we have to be afraid of the environment that we live in. These critics or bullies are not our thoughts they come from the people around you in your formative years, telling you that you aren't good enough or that you are lazy, that career etc. won't make you money etc the list can be endless as to what other people have projected onto you. It is their own fears and concerns getting in the way.
In this episode we are here to help you recognise what an inner critic is and how you can recognise them, we give you ideas as to how to create your inner cheerleader and build a more fulfilling life for yourself.
