The Challenges Businesses Face:<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

What Makes the Difference CIC was co-founded by Ali Baird and Rich Hilton both with powerful lived experience. Rich is a veteran who faced homelessness, suicide attempts, and a complete breakdown in support after leaving the military. Ali has lived through abusive relationships, never quite fitting into the workplace, and burning out from workaholism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, we\u2019ve built a trauma-informed, values-led organisation that focuses on prevention through connection \u2014 giving both veterans and those around them the skills, language, and insight to work together safely and effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re not just facilitators\u2014we\u2019re people who\u2019ve lived the systems, fought through the cracks, and stood where others fall.
That\u2019s why our work doesn\u2019t just inform\u2014it lands. It sticks. It creates movement.
